Cloverdale is the third largest community in Surrey. Part of its charm is everyone feels welcome! More and more people see Cloverdale as a community with many support services, amenities, and schools. The benchmark price for a detached single-family home went from $1,699,800 in January 2022 to $1,350,800 in January 2023, down 20.5%. Areas within the Cloverdale Town Centre like Clayton Heights have gone through significant growth, some zoning has also accommodated two-family dwellings to support area residents. New facilities and amenities are popping up regularly, including the Clayton Community Centre and the preparation is underway for the new destination sports complex. With the approved SkyTrain expansion, three new stations are planned for Cloverdale, connecting Surrey to Langley.
There are many popular neighbourhoods in Cloverdale, one that is a personal favourite of mine is situated on the west side of 176th Street, all the streets are named after cows! Only in Cloverdale! My other favourite street is 180th Street south of 60th Avenue where the older bigger lots still host the small, country cozy farmhouses, take a drive and see for yourself.
